I'm sorry you're not feeling well! Stuffy nose is the worst, we take for granted breathing easy until we cannot!
I'm not sure why you don't want meds, science is really the way to go here.
Folk remedies include simply blowing your nose (a lot), having a warm beverage like tea or cocoa, spicy food (which opens the sinuses), warm compresses/shower/bath.

Well a lot of times for me whenever I have a stuffy nose, I'll try whatever I can do to try and warm up my body like doing some type of exercise that'll cause your blood to start flowing and that usually makes my stuff nose go away for awhile, might and probably will come back later but its really just for temporary relief :]

This is what I've been using for a while now,
Boil the kettle and as it comes to the boil and the steam comes out put your face (not too close!) into the steam (espesh your nose) and let the steam clear your nose. Works for me every time :)
hope this helps
