Eat?
Sorry if that's rude, but you're more than a *little* underweight. Your BMI is 13.2.
If you're looking for help, then I really recomend that you tell someone you *want* help, not just let people call you anorexic

Just even if you eat alittle it's ok
just don't eat to little that you end up loosing weight
but that is last resort
i suggest you get some help
i mean you are pretty light
and that can be fixed with some help
now i don't know who but i bet if you tell your parents/guardians about this that they can get you the right help
but i just want to know
do you purposely not eat
or is it just that your not hungry

I'm sorry but, what exactly do you call normal eating for you to weigh that much? No offence.
I think you should increase your calorie intake lots if you burn it all off by doing sports. You need to go to a nutritionist or something if the doctors are no good.

Good question
how much do you consiter normal?
If you're ONLY eating a little something after sports, that's not normal. At all. You're in five sports.. if you have daily practices, then dude there's no way you can really eat *too* much.

You need to eat more than you are burning off. Eat more!

Some people have a fast metabolism, and obviously you are one of them. You should talk to your doctor about this, they can help you.

Talk to your doctor. Tell them that you are also concerned about your weight. There could be an underlying health problem which is making it hard for you to gain weight. Being that thin can cause more health problems later on if it keeps up, so it's best to find out whats going on. If nothing seems to be wrong with you to be causing this, make sure to ask the doctor about healthy ways to get up to a better weight.

If you eat normally but cannot maintain a healthy weight, you may have some digestive issues. For example, it's common for coeliacs to be small and underweight because they cannot digest the gluten that makes up a large part of the western diet and thus they become malnourished. I also have a friend whose mother suffered damage to her small intestine - now she cannot digest food well enough to keep her weight up.
But if you go to the doctor and all you need is to eat more calories, try eating more nuts and seeds, avocados, dried fruit, that sort of thing. You say you're a junk-food junkie... perhaps try switching to more nutrient-dense foods? Getting proper micronutrients (vitamins and minerals) is just as important as - if not more important than - getting enough macronutrients (carbs, fat, protein).

man u really need to pick ur food u cant just eat any thing i used to be like u i was 85 lb when i was 15 and went up to 120 after one year all u need to do is pick out the only food that will increase not only ur fat but ur muscles and at the same time healthy cause u don't need to east fast food they will decrease ur breathing capacity and the way u play because fast food has LOTS of oil and oil is hard to digest so ull have oil in ur stomach and ur going to lose ur breath like that in ur sports. so just pick the food that will give u everything and healthy also u can eat multi-vitamin pills they will increase ur vitamins and ull gain little weigh like that and ull gain extra vitamins and that way ur digestive system will decrease its speed :D hope this helps

Hmmm, I would say that nothing is wrong unless you are intentionally trying to lose weight, etc. When I was 13 I was 5'4" and weighed about 60 pounds. People called me annorexic [and still do], but I'm not. Maybe you're like me and just have a fast metabolism. If you're really worried about it, try talking to parents or grandparents, because it could just be inherited traits. As long as you're eating, you'll be fine whether they THINK you have an eating disorder or not. I hope that helps...

Why don't you try high calorie/protein shakes/drinks inbetween meals. Stuff like ensure or complan?
I am new here and still trying to find my way around.
Hope my advice is useful x
