I dont think its a very good idea. Think what shit you'll be in your family find out. 10 is a bit young (yeah I know lots of guys do) but if you're older it will look wierd if you get involved. Just tell him when he's ready he'll know what to do.

A similiar situation came up not to recently around here, my answer will be the same.

If someone needs to ask how to masturbate, they're clearly not ready. Little kids fondle themselves, it feels good, but teenagers masturbate b/c of puberty, it's a biological drive urged by hormones. There's a real purpose, other than that it feels good: Orgasm and ejaculation. And most teenagers figure out pretty fast how to do it successfully.

So, your cousin isn't so much asking a sexual question, he's probably noticing the difference btw'n you and him, and he's trying to identify with you, he wants you to see him like you, not a 'little kid'. He obviously likes you and doesn't want puberty to get in the way.

I'd tell your cousin that when the time comes, he'll be able to figure it out for himself, and let him know you really like him just the way he is.

I would avoid teaching him. Ten is a bit young. I'd just leave it alone. He'll figure it out on his own, since that is how most guys start anyway. Just tell him that he'll figure it out when it's time to.

I wouldn't even suggest showing him jackin world. He's too young now. He will learn on his own. Just let him figure it out on his own.
