I was just wondering how much memory this website takes up (with all posts and everything) and how much memory is available?

Do you actually mean "memory," as in RAM stuff? Or did you mean the size of all of the files on the server along with the database size?
For memory, it varies because the server allocates memory for each request (browsing pages, searching, posting, etc.). So basically, the more people that are online, the more memory is used. During the final days that I was the webmaster of the site, I never saw the memory usage go beyond 90MB. We have a tad more traffic and a new version of vBulletin, so it has probably gone up a tad. I would say that it's safe to assume that the site doesn't regularly use more than 100MB of memory. From what I remember, we have at least 512MB of DDR2 RAM dedicated to the site.
For disk usage, if I remember correctly, there was about 500MB of files on the server, and the database was around 300MB in size. That's a total of 800MB, but because of site backups, I think it would be safe to assume that the disk usage has doubled (1600MB) at the most. The site should have at least 20GB (20480MB) of disk space dedicated to it.
So, to summarize what I assume the maximums are, here's the stats:
Memory
Available: 512MB
Using: ~100MB (Less than 20%)
Disk Space
Available: 20GB
Using: ~1.6GB (Less than 10%)
I wouldn't know the exacts, but that's probably a good estimate until Anthony corrects it.

Even if by chance we did fill up the server, we would probably start compressing or emptying unimportant things, like very old posts, etc.
And on top of that the GovTeen network would probably buy hosting with more disk space, or even Ant would put up some money (which has happened before with other things ;))

The GovTeen Network is just a group of sites that we're part of. It's not a company that supports us or anything like that. Sam Alexander use to support us financially but since he passed away nearly two years ago, we've been on our own. The vBulletin, the blog, the shoutbox, the chat, the web hosting, the domain hosting. It all cost money and there's no one that covers the expenses for us. The administrators have to pay what needs to be paid out of their own pockets. And if you'll remember, the administrators are not 40 year old parents with families; they're teens just like you. I had hoped everyone realized that by now.
Anyway, the current package for VirtualTeen.org should last years and years (and years) since site backups can be downloaded. I doubt that bandwidth will be an issue until we get many more visitors and millions of pageviews each month, and last time I checked, the monthly pageviews were just a tad above 550,000.

I had no idea that the Admins paid for things out of their own pockets. I'm not sure where I thought the money was coming from, but I didn't think from the Admins!

Oh my. Thats bunch of money.
I thought the GovTeen network still supported sites?
01. [history]
Sam Alexander and his wife, Carol Alexander, founded GovTeen, Inc
in 1998. Sam had paid for all the domains of the network projects
and vBulletin license expenses. Unfortunately, on March 23, 2007,
Sam passed away. The GovTeen, Inc. Board of Directors now pays
for the domain and other related expenses.

"For the domain," meaning GovTeen.org, and "other related expenses," meaning possibly sponsoring a new site in the future.
Besides that, the board of directors is just the webmasters of the GovTeen Networks. So if nothing has changed, then Anthony is part of the board of directors.
