View Full Version : Ambiguity of the Unknown (Poem)

If somehow over time
The lower half presides
And the upper half dissolves
What will we decide?

Will we be the judges
Of our own sanity
Or will the lower half decide
To be or not to be?

Will we stand alone
Or stand row by row
One by one, shoulder to shoulder;
Will we accept the prose?

Will we understand
The writings of a
Clinically insane, overly deranged
Ignominious mad man?

Or will we let the lower half
Reign supreme and
Murder our dreams
So that we will stand alone, unclean.

Will we let our hands be muddied
By the lies of a thousand
Wounded and fallen angels,
Or we will make our own decisions?

How long will it take
For order to be restored
When there has never been
Any order in the first place?
