I rarely ever need to rearrange myself. Almost all the times I do it in public, I don't really make it obvious, but it's just to "stretch it out" and to "relieve some pressure." In private, especially when I'm doing homework, studying, or just on the computer, I'll just have it out. It really makes everything funner. Of course this is not to be confused with masturbation. That I only do on the weekends when I'm in bed and no-one else will see me.
