How many classes is the most you've taken in a semester?

For me, I am tkaing... *counts* 11 this semester. Feel free to list if you want. This is not about the courses, but the quantity. Also, how many credits?

Jazz Band
Show choir
Band
English 10
Algebra 2
Spanish 2
College Jazz Band
College Algebra and Trig
Personal Finance
Biology
And technically PE because PE is exempted for sports, so the sports is considered the class and I get credit

9.5 credits

The most classes I've taken would be last semester...and I think I had 11 and they were worth 19 credits.

I have a feeling this is based in the US. I'm in the UK and taking 14 subjects but I don't think we have credits, just final grades which are mainly based on terminal exams, some of which we haven't got the results back from.

English Lit - A*
English Language - A*
Art - A* (Pred.)
German - A/ A* (Pred.)
Spanish - A*
History - A* (Pred.)
RE - A
Physics - A*
Biology - A*
Chemistry - A*
Maths - A*
Resistant Materials - B *whoops*
Product Design - A/ A* (Pred.)
Philosophy and Ethics - A* (Pred.)

and a strange 'Sports Leadership Course'

But we've been doing most for one or two years. I only did Spanish and Resistant Materials in a couple of weeks (and they didn't turn out well at all).

So if this is totally off topic, please just ask me to delete. :whoops:

Well done on your credits though, they seem really good. :)

In 2nd year university, each semester (only have 2) had 7 courses at one point (English, Economics [dropped pretty much right away], Physics, Calculus, Chemistry, evolution and diversity of organisms), ending up with 6 credits. I kept the Economics in this list despite the fact I dropped it in a week of starting it.

In highschool, it'd have been 9 courses, 8 credits.
