If You dont sleep that much like i only sleep for 5-10 a day

Can it slow down your puberty at all?

And Is it ok to sleep for 5-10 hours?


Also When i masturbaite and when i tense up whats that mean?
it feels like a funny felling like getting a blowjob

10 is plenty of sleep.

I think the current recommened that I have been told is 8 but 7 is okay.

It will not stop your puberty. But rather, I believe, extend it out. Make it longer with less sleep. You won't grow as rapidly I believe. Sleep does great things. Has to do with your metabolism. But your puberty as in, like penis size, hair growth, etc. Shouldn't be effected since those are controlled mainly by sexual hormones I believe.

Typically, teens more sleep, b/c of all the changes that require more energy. So, whatever you need, you need. As long as you feel generally refreshed and energized you're Ok. If not, you might want to readjust your sleep schedule accordingly. However, it won't affect puberty.

I'm not sure what you're asking in the second part. 'Tensing up' is a part of the sexual process, masturbation creates heightened sexual arousal and tension, which culminates in orgasm. So it would be normal to feel a 'tensing up' during masturbation (or any type of sexual stimulation).

through puberty you should be looking to get 9 hours, 20 minutes sleep. Lots of people dont know how sleep works, but basically it has 5 stages. You grow through stages 3 and 4, and they last around 50 mins. So, the more sleep you get, the more you grow!

Eating healthily also helps, because your body is geting enough mutrients to make you grow.
