Holy hell I am big guy somebody said what are you 16 17 no 13 I am '5"7 and 165 and 27 inchs from shoulder to shoulder.

not a big deal. i'm 5'9" and same age. was it an adult that told you you looked so big? cuz a lot of times they will just be surprised at how fast time goes by (and hence, how much you grow.)
