Okay, so I have been a loyal o2 customer for 6 years. I've probably put £500 alone on my phone, all because of Jersery telecom. I was happy with them. I loved my service, I loved everything about them.
I am going back to England in may, so I called to check up on my ballance. 5 quid 27p. However, my account has been frozen for innactivity, and will not be re-openned. Now, I am forced to get one of my friends to go out, buy me a new SIM, ship it to me, along with a top up card, and also have my o2 phone unlocked.
Account inactivity: 6 months
Virgin Mobile's policy: 365 days
Vodafone's: 2 years
