And well they can beat the shit out of me
i really like her and shit has gone down and he does not like that all
im afraid of what he will do

Hey Desi, hope this isn't late.

I think you might have to let things settle down a bit right now. If her ex was going out with her recently, there could be some harsh feeling still involved, and letting those settle down is a good idea.

If it is possible that you'll get hurt, don't do anything which could put you or your gf in danger. That you don't want. So I think it might just be best to let things settle. If you can keep doing things with her in a way which won't provoke anyone, great. Just try to keep the relationship up without hurting anyone.

Hope things go well for you. :) I hope your gf doesn't come to any harm.

Do NOT provoke him or his 'homies' in a particular way, and try to keep the relationship a little...easy, nothing to hot or fast, just keep it mellow and calm.

Maybe, you could ask your gf to tell her ex not to do anything stupid. As it's not your fault that they split I guess?
It's jealousy really, he wants her and he can't. And the 'can't' is you. So he wants to do something to you, as it'll make him feel 'better'.

Desi, if you're really scared and he has threatened, intimidated, or menaced either of you so that you have actual fears, call the police. It is not legal to threaten, harass, or otherwise menace others, and they will stop it. It's amazing what a chat with a guy in a blue uniform can do.

There's a chance nothing will happen and he'll leave this alone, though.

i'd be willing to bet that you could get police protection because of this. also, i think that that gun is most likely not licensed to him, which means he could be arrested very easily (not to mention for many of his crimes). get the police on your side in private, take it from there.
