The heat could be because its not used to being used like that and you went a bit rough maybe. Or, it could be psychological, because youre not used to masturbating you think it has done something to your penis. Or, it could be the lube. Your penis is probably sensitive to it because its not used to having lube put on it.

As for the thermometer on the penis, bad move. Im glad you washed it, but dont put it on there again, especially if it goes in peoples' mouths. It might have read 39 because your body was 39. Mine is constantly as 38 for some reason, we are all a bit different.

Anyway, nothing to worry about, just dont masturbate till its stopped hurting and try without lube.
