I did not understand it this way. I think it is semen unless separated into separate things; sperm and sugary fluids that make up the semen itself. I don't believe semen can be separated from sperm because it is not semen without sperm. Please correct me if i'm wrong.

Okay..here's a little secret I've learned from experience.
