i find when i am recieving end of a womans mood swing just go with the flow and not to antagonise the situation, cause its true wat they say "Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned."

When a girl is having "mood" swings take my advice as a girl just go with it and dont make the situation worse. When guys make a deal about it you just make it worse.. Give her sometime alone..

It depends on how often they happen... It could be P.M.S. or she may be bipolar.
