Yes to the first question

And I'm not quite sure about the second question (and I'm not sure I fully understand what you're trying to ask), but I think the answer to that question is also yes, but I can't say with 100% certainty because I don't know for sure (and that's if the question is asking what I think its asking, which it might not be).

The answer to the second question is, even if they had a penis added, I do not believe at this time it would be possible to feel it. Or for it to really... do anything. The female brain is not programmed to use a penis for any function, and there is no way at the moment to make new nerves running to a brain that could feel things from the penis. So no.

ok first off yes a woman can become a man. second yes a woman who then becomes a man can feel their penis. in a sex change operation you are given high amounts of testosterone. when this happens the woman's clitoris will grow to around 5 inches long. this happens because the clitoris and the penis are homologous structures. then the urethra is rerouted through the clitoris thus producing a penis. however a sexchanged female will not be able to ejaculate and could have serious mood swings.

Oh, I know the answer to this one!

Yes, a woman can get a sex change to a man, they craft a penis from skin and insert a balloon thing that inflates and gets hard, but that's primarily so they can satisfy their partner and enjoy the physical closeness of sex. But, b/c it's not penis skin, it doesn't feel or function sexually like a penis, and there's no ejaculation.

Sex change is done not so much for the sexual reasons, but for the emotional and identification issues, so it's not the same kind of loss as you would think, since their unhappiness was not sexual in the first place.

but what about pleasure? do they get any, or is it loss once you change it?

That's a good question, Paula. I suspect during the surgery they try to incorporate the clitoris in some fashion to maintain some sensitivity, but maybe not.

Sex change really is more about the emotions, rather than the sexual desire to be the *other*, so it's not such a loss either way.

seems like a great sacrifice.. but considering that they are women to begin with, giving up pleasure wouldnt be as hard to give up, especially if their feelings are greater.

they extend the clitoris so you feel pleaser but not as much. like the clitoris becomes errect on a girl but its not notisable but during the surgery they encoperate the clitoris so the penis cam become errect

I did hear on this show a few days ago about a female to male transgender, and he mentioned that the testosterone he was taking made his clitoris extend and he was able to have actual sex with his wife. So I guess yeah, they would be able to feel it.
