First, let's define what 'gay' really is.

To be gay, you have to love boys or guys both physically AND emotionally. That means that you would actually get something out of kissing/having sex with a guy, as well as actually loving guys. If this isn't you, then no, you are not gay.

The same goes for bi.

Now, in puberty, you have a good deal of hormones rushing around in your body which sometimes have side effects. Curiosity about the same sex is sometimes one of these side effects, and is most likely what you're experiencing here. It is very hard to determine exactly what your sexuality is when you're only a teenager, so give it some time.
