ok i have 2 problems. The bumps may be some kind tongue burn. A cats tongue isnt soft its pretty rough, and cats lick pretty fast. So roughness + speed = pain. Since the cats tongue was going fast and u were distracted u may not have noticed at the time. It will probably go away after a little.
You cant a cat do that. You should put some lotion and non-toxic safe mostrizers on ur penis to kinda scare the cat the away. If u push the cat away, it may still come back. If you make the illusion that your penis isnt so good to lick for the cat it wont come back. Animals adaptation comes into play.
For your orientation, you have to question whether you can imagine your self with a boy and have a relationship, and the same with a girl. Physically, mentally and emotionally.
