Whats your favorite image format?
.jpg .png .gif, etc.

Mine is .png, because its very good quality, and you can have transparent backgrounds.

It really depends on what exactly I'm using the image for, how high I want the quality to be, how large of a file I think I can use, etc. But yeah mostly I use .png for everyday purposes.

I like .png, since it's small in file size and doesn't lose any quality. But I do use .psd rather often... since I'm a sucker for layers. If I'm working in photoshop I'll usually save the image in both formats. >>-b

Good quality, and .jpg consume less space than "paint".

Ahg I know what you mean. Saving an image is like doing a puzzle for me.
It defaults .PSD then when I change to PNG it says blah blah copy so i have to delete that, then find the right place. Then when i close it it asks 'Do you want to save Untitled 1?' and I always get confused... Lol

.png, I almost always edit/make stuff in school out of boredom, so I usually end up coming back to it later.

It's kind of a weird question because it depends on what you are doing and the original quality and amount of colors in your image and it also depends on where the image will be (internet, printed, billboard, etc.)

plus the best one in my opinion is the tiff format because it is lossless
