for like the past year ive noticed that i get cold.. and i live in texas its not that often but to me im still cold and i dont know why... i checked with a doc and i have no problem he said but i still cant figure out why im so cold
80 degree weather + is fine except like later 90's- 100's (but i can adjust to it better than other people..meaning im more used to it but its not necessarily my kinda weather cuz i do also get hot easily too) or last summer i did
anything below its not bad until like 50... im always with a jacket or a sweater of some sort..
am i okay? lol is there a way for me to adjust to temp like foods or something

The only way for you to adjust is to get out there
I live in Northern Canada (i'm one of the most northern members on VT)
it goes from +37c in the summer to -40c in the winter.
Now -40 is cold no matter how you look at it
But once I adjust to winter temp's i'm good in -20c
-5c and i'm running around in a T-shirt perfectly warm.
When I was in Victoria this summer it was really warm the whole time and then one day it dropped to +24c and I was cold
so....yea
You adjust by being in it
Theres nothing that you can eat that will change that

This is a common symptom if your body isn't getting enough energy to support itself. . meaning that it could be because you are not eating enough.
Well ...... are you?
If you arent. you would notice small hairs growing everywhere on your body such as your face . . like peachfuzz everywhere
Hope that helps. . eat more :D
Get dizzy or your head feels like it is about to explode then yuour face gets really hot after you stand up? If so . . there is no arguement, you arent eating enough

If the doctor says there isn't a major physiological problem, then you might just have lower-than-normal blood pressure, heartbeat, or metabolism. Try getting out and active. Some Sun with free vitamin D synthesis couldn't hurt, either.

I'm consistantly 98.7 Farenheight. All I can think of it getting active, and getting your blood pumping.

sometimes i feel cold breifly because im so hot, idk really how to explain it. But what you're explaining i dont know. i wear a sweater in temps below 50 just because i like the feeling of being warm but u sound as though your really cold and you need them to keep warm. all i can say is 1. get a lil more active, try eating more vitamins if you say the amount of general food is normal, maybe ur not getting what you need from all the food ur eating and 3, if none of this works id say get another doctors opinion. sometimes doctors say ur fine and people have stayed the same way, gotten another opinion and have been told they're in chronic condition and need imidiate help so 1st see what happens with the stuff b4 but if all else fails thats what i'd do.

Well, you can look on the bright side- Lower body temp, blood pressure, and hearbeat often mean a longer life :)

lower body temp doesnt mean good. ur imune system can function well at certain levels above and below reg. temp, but if temp is too low then its just as if it was too high: imune system is weakened and its easier to get colds and those can become more serious if imune system is not strengthened. that is why ur told to wear a coat in the winter or when its cold out, to keep warm
