Stay strong. I know it's hard. But try not to. If you feel an urge, just try somthing to take your mind off of it. It somtimes helps.

You have to think positive if you keep telling yourself that your gonna cave then eventually you will. You need to tell yourself that your gonna pull through this.

I can't really say "DON'T DO IT." because that's the most hardest thing, and that can make you feel even more stressed.

However, I'm not encouraging you to cut, but sometimes our willpower just isn't strong enough.

If you want to quit cutting you have to put in a lot of will power and effort, but you also have to understand that you are not perfect and realize that even though you may have had a slip up on the way to the finish line you can still get there as long as you get on tract. Don't let yourself start going completely in the wrong direction and call yourself a failure, again you can still get back on tract. If you ever need to talk i am always here hun. sometimes its easier to open up when you are talking one on one.

I agree here. I Have never cut but I have thought about suicide a lot. I think they are similar situations. Keep your self busy by listening to inspirational music, reading a book, exercising. I would love to talk with you and see if I can help you by keeping u busy.

I feel your pain, I do. I am an 18 yr old male who started cutting at about 16yrs old. I have not cut myself for about 3-4months now, and each an every day, it gets so hard to not do so. I know how it feels to look around and see the world as sh*t...see life as sh*t. I know its so very difficult to hold yourself back from cutting away, but you just have to try and be strong. Don't cave in, keep your head up. I feel your pain, because I too long to see my blood drip and feel the euphoria that comes with the cutting, but its not a good way to vent, so I am trying my hardest to be strong. I've been successful for 3-4months now, and even though its getting harder, I'm trying to stay positive. If you want to speak with me, you can aim or y! Im me. Aim is o0casp3r0o and yahoo im is wp_815.

thats great news! just hang in there. it will get harder but easier at the same time. like, it will get easier because you wont feel the need as much, but harder because when you feel the need, the need will be so strong, like how a drug-addict "needs" their drugs. but hang in there, and you'll do fine! i did the same thing with my razors. i had a lot. but i broke all but two of them into little pieces and threw them away. like i said, i still have two. i use one as a pendant on one of my neck chains, and another as a reminder. but good job, dude. happy for ya! and feel free to contact me should you feel the need for moral support.
