Mood Swings???

Today at school, when i was about to go home i just got upset for no reason..the whole day i was happy. Could this be form puberty or somthing else??:what:

yes it is puberty it happens to me sometimes just something someone said that really didnt bother you just set you off dont worry completly normal

ya, same happens to me..somethiimes when my friends or parents tell me to do somthing i get rlly angry..most of the time i just do it without getting mad

The best way to stop what your doing, go somewhere as private as you can get and count to 10 if your angry, or actually just cry if your upset. Then regain yourself, make sure you look respectable, then walk back into the room and continue as though nothing happened.

hey dude, yeah its a normal part of puberty, that used to happen to me and id sit back and think 'why am i so grumpy?'. it may be your hormones coming into action which play a big part in your mood and how you feel.
