Just keep being her friend sometimes dating someone whos your friend then sometimes it does not work out then the whole friendship is ruined but sometimes it does work out and if you know you really like her go for it ask her out.

if there is the chance you will be moving then i would suggest you stay friends. that would be making things very complicated if you started a relationship and then moved. long distance friendships are much easier to keep going then long distance relationships because you don't have the same emotional ties as you do in a relationship. maybe if you don't move, then you can re-evaluate things. but otherwise, i would stay as friends.
