ok help i am over weight like befor i eat aroungfd my belly is 60in around the biggest part not my wast my belly some times after dinner it will be 66in and bloated and huge i am bigger then i was befor why is this


any one here bigger like me and want to talk about this i weigh 305 pounds i need some help

Well, when you eat and drink it goes inot your belly, which expands, so there'd be some increase in it's width, esp. if your stomach muscles ('Abs') aren't worked out and toned.

60 inches sounds pretty big, are you measuring across and around your hips? Is that your pant size? If it is, you are unhealthfully overweight and should seriously consider a diet and some moderate exercise.
