Your diet has some very slight affect on taste, but largely the taste is determined by the stuff in it, which typically has a pretty consistent taste.

As an FYI about this sort of stuff: You know when you eat garlic or onions and it's on your breath for, like, forever, and you can't get rid of the taste/smell, you know why? It's because one of the natural chemicals in them get digested and pass into your blood stream where it's carried all the way to your lungs. That smell and taste are actually the chemicals being expirated out of the blood into the lungs and exhaled! Another neat fact is that of you take a garlic clove and rub it on the sole of your feet, really get it really wet, you;'ll eventually taste it (and your breath will smell) for the same reason!

So, a little bit of some of the chemicals in some foods can end up in semen, affecting it's taste, but not by much.

I highly doubt that something you ate the same day you tasted it had any affect whatsoever on the taste of the cum that you ate. I know that it does have some effect but one thing does not change the taste its overall diet. Great question though :)
