It's not 'weird', but I think you're referring to the feelings being 'weird' or uncomfortable. That's b/c at 10, you probably weren't really into it, not in a sexual way the way you might be today, as a teenager in puberty. It was his idea, and he 'forced' (your word) you to do things against your will. As a result, you have feelings years later about the episode, and your lack of control over it. The feelings are normal, you were victimized, but the actions, weren't. Most 10 y/o are sorta curious in the 'Let's play Doctor' way, but not so curious that they want oral sex.

You have some choices here. You can tell your folks, you can tell him about your feelings, but most importantly you can learn that whenever someone asks/suggests/demands that you do something.........anything ........against your will, a request that 'feels weird', you must say no.
