PLEASE RED BOTH OR IF YOU ONLY CAN ANSWER ONE THEN READ THAT PART
FIRST:
Periods. I have been getting my period for a long time now.... early 12 (I'm not 14 in about 2 months" I still haven't gotten a regular cycle!! it just pops out and it pisses me off. I like to be prepared. In December I got it on the 3rd then janurary on the 1st. So I thought I was going to start getting between the first and the fith of the months. BUT today igot my period again. It's janurary 28th? How is that possible. IT'S SO CONSFUSING!! Please tell me if I get it like a certian amount of days or monthly or whatever.
I used to get it around the 3rd thursday of each month but then it changed,to a little earlier and then it changed to that and now the 28th? HUH? TWICE A MONTH UGHH lol HELP!

Weight.
Okay as I said before Im almost 13. When I was 11 I was skinny. When I was 12 I was skinny. THEN I just gained weight.....goodbye clothes. I hate shopping now because I have a popping out stomach. I don't get how it happened to quickly. around 2008 (like janurary) it happened. Seriously no lie but like a blink of an eye. When I turn 13 I had already gained the weight. I am not saying I am fat or anything but my stomach isn't flat anymore. I weigh about 113. Its good for my height....BUT WHY DID THIS HAPPEN? How can I have a flatter stomach. I don't wanna be a stick but I just wanna look good in a t-shirt.

They take a while to settle down, so yeah you're gonna get your periods on different dates. It's normal.

Nearly EVERY teenage girl gains weight! It's natural, you can't stay in a childs body forever. You're gonna grow hips, waist, boobs and stuff cuz you're changing in to a woman :P not a little girl. And to be honest, weighing 113 lbs still sounds like you have barely any fat on you as it is.

like was said before its going to take a while. as for the twice a month aspect, the perfect menstrual cycle happens to be 28 days. the reason your schedual is so chaotic is because your estrogen peaks are not as rythmic. as you get older they will get more rythmic and youll be more predictable. if you want a far more predictable period then the pill can help however i dont recommend it because it can lead to breast cancer later on in life. as for weight gain all kids go through it. your body naturally wants to have a little bit of fat. if you want to help tone your stomach etc. try doing sittups before you go to bed. itll start to tone up your abdominals and pretty soon you'll be loving how you look! (not that it was bad before ;) )

Okay well maggo I guess your right.
Im just hating this body but sittups might help.

ANY OTHER ADVICE FROM OTHER PEOPLE WOULD HELP ASWELL. :D

for the situps twist your upper body at the top of the situp. for example touch your left elbow to your right knee and the other way around. just make sure you twist, this will tone up the sides of your abdominals and your abs. also for your lower back try pullups if you can. or something using that motion. this will all tone things up. if you do these things every day for 15-20 minutes youll see a difference in 2 weeks

gaining weight is normal.
what you need to do is a lot of exercise.
keep fit and your body will readjust that fat into muscle.
you gain more weight but, consider that muscle weights a lot more than fat.

don't let numbers give a wrong sense of being fit.

But it's not the number im worring about. It's my stomach. I just want smaller thighs and a flat tummy.
I want to wear clothes. Im a teenager and msising out on the experience of shopping because of this :(

I know!! Im not saying only skinny people can shop :P
I am skinny just not flat stomached and when I mean I want to wear clothes I mean I hate going out because i feel fat and my stomach pops out.And i like wear pregnant people clothes and im only 13!! Winter is nmy favorite season now caus ei can wear baggy sweaters and hide.And my thighs are no smooth plane either. They are a bit big but they said because I have a big butt,which is a good thing as Im told lol. So my thighs/butt is fine But it's my stomach that need tuning.

Do some crunches, pilates, yoga, whatever it is that interests you. If you want hide your stomach until you are more toned, you could wear baby doll tops that aren't tight to your stomach. Everyone has flaws, don't stress about this!

to be honest people often tend to think that they look worse than they do. you may think you look bad in certain clothes but in reality you look fine if not better in them. but yeah just do the crunches and any other ab excersizes u know and youll be set!
