Puberty isn't a competition, it might be best to not make it that. You're talking about a half inch, which is inconsequential, it's meaningless. You're both well within the normal range for size. And besides, you're still in puberty, so you can still grow. Maybe he just grew first. This stuff is largely genetic, and if you both have the same dad, you'll be the same size anyway.
