ok i am bigger and that sems to make my bonner smaller when i stand up but when i lay down it is much bigger anybody elese have this problem and what stage am i in puberty

Generally if you're a little larger, gravity may cause the fat around the penis to settle in a way that make your penis seem larger.

Standing always makes it look smaller, due to you being higher up.
Also...when laying down it will seem bigger, as it will be closer to your belly button, then when standing up. Idk why it is but it used to bug the HELL outta me.

I'm pretty sure it's just the angle that you're looking at it, and how far you are away.

If you really are worried you could measure it both times and see if there's a difference?
But it doesn't really matter.

This is just what I personally think though I might be wrong.

When you're standing up, the fat is kind of pushed down and it goes around where your penis is and gives the "look" of it being smaller but then when you lay down, it's like it all goes to the side. Also when you're laying down, as far as I can tell since if you feel around, you can feel that part of the penis is actually inside your body and not outside, you're pushing against that and that causes it to be just a little bit bigger.
