It is VERY annoying and makes me look stupid all the time when i am basically a very smart person :P
About twice a day i mistake two main words in a sentence with a nother . . like so
Instead of saying ''I had a dream of me seeing u at the mall''
I say ''I had a mall of me seeing a dream of you''
I usually catch myself half way but its really embarassing. . that exact quote was taken from today o.O

thats not a disorder...well if anything it might be dislexia, which is mainly mixing up the letters in words and not being able to read as well or as fast as other ppl b/c of the mixing up of letters and numbers, but i think what you do is just normal. do you get enough sleep? because fatigue could be a reason for you mixing up words.
dont let it embarass you! i love when i make mistakes like that, it reminds me that i'm not perfect. if you happened to be making a very important speech or something and you did that then you can be embarassed but other than that just imbrace your quirks!
