Puberty and moods...

Is it normal to randomly change moods for no reason during puberty. I live a pretty normal life; but like one minute I'll be really happy for no reason and then I'll suddenly become really depressed for no reason and then I'll be fine again etc. I'm 14, started puberty at 10.

Yeah you body is full of hormones and mood changes can happen real quick. Don't worry about it this is very normal.

Hahaha well thats just PUBERTY!

I really hated puberty, I became really depressed and only got over in about now!

But mood swings are normal. I have them a lot. Like i'm real happy, and then start to get real angry for no real reason!

During puberty your hormones imbalance (basically meaning they change) causing you to have crazy mood swings. Hope this helps :)
