Ok, me and cyrus are debating about this.
Its basicly about bullying.
Hes trying to justify that bullying over the internet is no biggy compared to phisical bullying. Hes full of shit.
So which is worse?
Physical bullying
mental bullying (idk if thats the word)
or are they both equaly bad?

well physical bullying is actually painful, but eventually you heal from it. mental bullying (as you put it) is actually much worse. I get kicked and hit alot, it doesnt bother me much, but getting called names and shit bothers me more. Bullying in any form, whether face to face, over the net, over the fone ect. is all wrong, no matter if you can justify it or not

Sorry but unless any of you have actually been in a position to where you were mentally teased, you might have a hard time seeing how much worse it can be. Trust me, it is. I would of rather been hit every single day in the jaw when i was really overweight then of been teased. It isnt worth it, trust me. It causes a LOT of emotional problems when you grow up too hehe

i have to say its 'mental' thats worse. if you kick someone or punch someone their wound or bruise will heal however the mind is much more complex. if you have low self-esteem and someone keeps telling you, you are thick, you are stupid you will begin to believe it yourself. its the same on the net, if someone is constantly being put down they mite feel well maybe i am a horrible person and no one likes me, even people on the net hate me. thats why i think its worse.

i believe that 'mental' bullying does more harm(in most cases) than physical bullying.
my reasons:
*mental bullying leaves a lasting scar on the mind. there have been things said to me when i was a tiny child taht i can still remember and they still bother me, alot.
*physical bullying will heal and everyone, other than the physically challenged, can fight back - not everyone is quick to make a come back or to stand up for themselves.

those are just two of the many reasons i could come up with in favor of mental bullying being worse.

If you ask me the definition of a bully is diffrent for every person.
It depends on your personality and what effects you.

Physical bullying is worse then anything thats always true.
But mental attacks can cause severe damage possibly leading to depression and in extreme cases even suicide.
As for online like on a form if your new its not a big deal because you can just leave, like fuck it.
But if you've been on it for awhile, you have allot of friends, they know allot about you, how to hurt you etc... Then being ganged up on and attacked can be hurtful if your emotional, like I said it all really depends on the personality traits
