Hi, I'm new here, just registered. First post ^_^.

Anyway, when I was j/o a bunch of pre-cum with little white blotches in it came out. Are the white blotches sperm? Or something else?? I just wanted to make sure it wasn't anything serious..

It could possibly be that it isn't pre-cum, but actual cum, yes. Sometimes pre-cum can have bits of sperm in it, but usually not a ton. I'm not sure if you could see it or not.

Did you orgasm? If so it's probably cum.

Yeah, I could see it. It was just clear with white blotches. They were smaller than like a drop of water.

And no, I didn't orgasm.

Hi Matthew!

You cannot actually see sperm, they are the smallest cells in the body (as an FYI, the largest cell in the female body is the egg, which you can just about make out with the naked eye! Talk about Yin and Yang!)

OK, those fluids (either pre cum or ejaculate) consist if many different fluids made in 2 or 3 seperate glands, plus the sperm themselves, all adding to the mixture. So, the 'bits of white' were fluids from one of those other glands.

Normal!
