Are you sure it is actually urine? A lot of people think it may be urine their first time. It could possibly be urine, but it might also be cum.

And the thing attached to your foreskin is called the frenulum. It is supposed to be there, everyone has it. You have to start pulling your foreskin back very gently each day until just before it starts to hurt, and keep working it as much as you can. It will loosen up eventually, and you should be able to pull it back soon enough.

However, if it is taking a long time, you may want to see a doctor. He will likely give you some steroid cream which will help loosen it.

Well, cum will usually look different than urine, and will be more sticky, as well as smelling a lot different. It will often also glob together a bit. It's a bit icky but... examination should tell you what it is...

Semen (cum) is typically white and thick, you might also be releasing precum which is a clear gel like substance.
