ok so im a girl right, 13 yeah, my brother who is 14 is just getting underarm hair and im pretty sure his balls have dropped, and my friend who is younger than him , his balls are dropping ( if that works ) but he has a moustache, how does that work? do all boys have the same stages at the same time or do boys get diffrent stages e.g hair, voice, face or face, voice, balls, hair

Ya all guys mature at different times and rates. There isn't much a guy can do about it either. The only way to speed it up is to eat really healthilly ( as in all aspects of the food triangle daily) and genetics play a factor. First, balls do not 'drop'. They develop and get larger, but they stay put in the scrotum for life.

There's a lot of variability to development, the stages of it are the same, but the time people go thru them varies. So, some 13 y/o will have features of development that others don't, and some 13 y/o's look more different than others. Eventually, everyone goes thru all of them, but at their own time.

I'm sure this is similiar to what you've observed with other girls: Some look similiar, some not, some ahead, some not quite there yet. It's not so much a gender thing, it's more about the variability of development during puberty for all humans.

First of all balls don't drop they get larger... Everyone gets different hairs at different times like I got arm pit hair b4 facial hair when my friend was the opposite

Everyone matures at different rates, so this situation is actually pretty common. Like Sam said, you have probably noticed this in how some of your friends are more or less mature than others.
