Ive been looking at porn more than usual and i really need to stop because some websites that come up rnt the nicest...lol
and just incase someone sees what ive been looking at..and i just feel like i dont want to no more but tis a bit hard to stop! :roll:

maybe find something else to occupy your mind, take your mind of wanting to look at it. read a book or something like that.

You know I had the same problem it got to the point where I thought I could not masturbate withtout porn. so when ever I felt like masturbating I would just think not look if you know what I mean. also try to delete everything that involes porn from your computer and install a internet "nanny" to force you away from those sites (trust me it works!) you dont have to tell your parents its because of porn just say that you have been "coming across bad material randomly" and that it is bothering you and you want to get rid of it

Or you can also try just staying away from the computer for a month, you might find that you will improve in other areas such as school and even heath (I know hard to believe!) so yeah that's about all I have to say.

Oh i know for real . . everybody here lets go on an internet fast and step away from the computer for a whole month . . i have done it and my life seems to go by so much slower and more enjoyableyerarer o.O
