About to cut.

I'm about to cut myself. I can feel it coming on. I need to do something. Cut, burn, smash my head into a wall....SOMETHING. God. I feel horrible right now. I'm having serious anxiety issues. And I'm really depressed. I don't even know why. WTF is wrong with me??
