If your testicles are hurting for no good reason, you have two options:

a) Either wait a bit and see if it stops

b) Go see a doctor if it lasts for a while. He'll be able to diagnose you a lot better than anyone on here.

You can either wait and see if it goes away, or tell your parents and go see a doctor.

Then i agree with Mzor. It could just be random but if it continues then c a doctor. Also is it both testicales or just one?

Well have you been sexually stimulated by looking at porn, making out with someone or something else.

If the pain does not go away go see a doctor.

You can always take a warm bath or masturbate to get the pain to go away.

i would go to a doctor just in case because my balls hurt back in october and i went to the doctor and he said it was nothing just like growing pains, but it was hard to walk normal

it might be somitnin called a hydroseal.
when you were deloping in the woub your testcles moves=d from a tube down iont your scrotum. those tubes are suppesd to seal up. but somtimes one ore more wdoesnt seal. that lets fluid go into your scrotum which hurts. it may go wasay or may require surgury.
or it could be a random ball pain.
