oh shit...i'm so skrewed.

so today, i light up a cigarett and i turn around as i take a puff, and there saying hi to me is my friends mom whos also my dads neibourgh.

my parents can't know i smoke.

she says don't worry ( my face was just like white and i had a freaked out looK) and she said come visite some time.

then drove off.

i'm not sure if she'll tell my dad. but i have to call her daughter (my friend) and ask ehr to beg her mom not to tell.

but its all good, i decided a few days ago i was gonna quit, it was just all a matter of when.

I know how you feel, I have smoked since I was 11, not prowed, but I don't let it get to me. I know you can quit, I'm trying to right now, its all just a matter of patience, youve got to slowly acclimate, and eat lots of candy *upside if there ever was one* you will loose your dependancey if you only try. *hugs* I know I'm a complete stranger, but I'm here for you if your ever going threw withdraw.

my mum, my dad and my dads 2 friends all gave up cold turkey, i dont think my dad has kept to it tho but everyone else has. then there is my neightbour who tried to give up using nicotine patches and gum ect. and he cudnt stop smoking

What he'll turn into one of those assholes that sits right outside a building at the main entrace so anyone that wants to go into the building has to like hold there breath.
That of couse is only legal in sum cities
Allot of Cities in western canada atleast are smoke free

heck the entire province of alberta will be smoke free in any public area that a minor has access to
Inside or out January 1st

my mom already caught me smoking last year, she cried and i promised to quit (the was last april) and staring that day i quit cold turkey but then i started again.

trust me if i was planning on smoking still (by the way i've gone 3 days without a smoke) then my mom knowing wont make me stop, but that is if i was planning to still smoke, which i'm not :D

and they wouldn't get me help. almost all of my family smokes and almost all are underage.
