So i read ive got to pull my foreskin while urinating? seriusly? what does it do of good?
Actually i dont pull my foreskin back so often, since its really sensitive it annoys me, but theres some times i get real horny and i do it and try to keep it like that to "make the sensitivity go away/wear off" but its still kinda annoying, when i touch my penis i get the feeling of pleasure and pain at the same time while my foreskin is at the back of my penis head.

Is there any way of making the sensitivity "go away"?

Also i dont get any physicals or anything cuz as far as i know there are no physical exams in mexico. Thanks to all in advance!

Well, you basically uncut. I had the same sensativity problem for a while, and that's because the head of the penis is used to being protected by the foreskin is the only explanation I can think of. After getting used to no longer being protected by the fireskin, the sensativity will go away. I know it is annoying, but their is not much you can do about it. And you don't have to pull back the foreskin while urinating, but some people feel that it is "cleaner" instead of having urin getting on your foreskin.

Well you don't need to pull your foreskin back unless it completely cover your glans. It is cleaner and will keep you from getting infections if you pull your glans back while urinating.

The sensitivity will go away with time if your continue to pull back your foreskin.

Getting horny is a side effect by pulling back the foreskin because by doing this you are exposing you glans. A person who is uncut is more sensitive than a person who is cut.

ok so say...i pull back my foreskin everyday or i dont pull it back to the place it was before and leave it like that (aka penis head uncovered) how many days/weeks/months till sensitivity goes away? also sometimes i dont feel like pulling it, specially after masturbating cuz it gets even more sensitive and stuff -.-

What you're experiencing is normal, caused by the head being covered.

The way to address this and make it less sensitive to non sexual things is to retract while urinating, and in the shower. It will slowly get used to being uncovered, and *that* feeling will wear off. I would NOT recommend leaving it retracted for long periods of time, it wasn't designed for that, and can actually get stuck like that, a rather painful and emergent condition called paraphimosis, something you want to never experience.

Not necessarily- pee is sterile when it is fresh. But it can easily house bacteria (especially under the foreskin, where it is dark and damp) which can lead to infection. Its best to pull it back to prevent infection, and to keep it clean in general. Also, remember to pull it back in the shower... That should help reduce sensitivity.

You are both right here. Urine is sterile until it comes out of the human body. I agree with Lance pee how ever you want, just make sure that you clean your penis or wipe it up afterward.

Nick is right too you can get infections if you don't clean under your foreskin. By exposing your glans to the water while taking a shower will help it not be so sensitive in the future.

As other guys have pointed out, it is indeed sterile at first. I am uncircumcised and found that if I piss through the foreskin, it will start to smell a bit after a few hours - I guess bacteria is growing, as other said. IMHO it's much nicer to roll back, piss, make sure you give it a good shake, and tug the foreskin back down over the head when finished.
