Drinking water? I know this wouldn't exactly be an ailment but... I almost never drink water, and I don't always drink something else either. I mean more often than not I drink milk or juice than I do water, but it still seems like less than any person should be drinking? Especially when I'm in school. A couple of times I've gone a whole day without drinking anything. I have headaches almost all the time, though they aren't bad headaches and I usually just let them fade into the background. I feel tired when I shouldn't, and I don't remember the last time I could breathe completely normally (my nose always feels clogged or it feels like there's mucus in my throat). I assume its all from not being hydrated enough cause I've looked it up, but I can't get myself to drink water. I know I should and I always have a bottle sitting next to me but I never have the will to drink it. Is there anyway I could make myself drink more water?

Sorry if this was long winded ;x

Well your right in the fact that you SHOULD drink water....dehydration can kill you if your not careful...I don't think your in that boundry, but it's damaging your health.

If you really cannot bring yourself to drink water..then try other ways.
Fizzy water?? Have you tried that, some people prefer it.
Flavoured water? I personally think it's disgusting, but then I dont have a problem with drinking water...if you try flavoured water you may like it and at least you get some h2o inside you.

That is all I can think off. Honestly...first try and drink water..force yourself to drink it..it's not that hard when you try. Pick the bottle up, open it and swallow. :-)
Good luck.

"Water" comes in many different packages, like all fluids, and in the foods we eat. Drinking something is obviously the most effective and efficient way to get water into your system, but if you eat fruits and veggies you're getting H2O there, too. You just need to eat more of them to get the fluids you need.

If you're having headaches and other physical symtoms, you might want to tell the doc the next time you're there. A simple blood test will determine if you're dehydrated, but if you're identifying physical probs. as well as some deficiency in your diet (drinking water), it makes sense to drink more and see if it makes you feel better.

Well the headaches are caused because your brain is dehydrated much like a person who had gotten drunk and has a hangover.

It is very important drink at least 64 fluid ounces of liquid a day. If you are excersiceing then you need to increase your fluid intake. The recommendation for fluid intake is one half cup for every 15 minutes of exercise.

Water is a very important nutrient that you body needs. Water helps regulate body temperature and it builds new blood cells. If you get too dehydrated then it can cause kidney stones and your kidneys to stop working.

One quick way to tell if you are dehydrated is if your urine is a bright yellow color and gives off a foul order.

You can drink juices, small amounts of soda, milk and sport drinks but water is still the most important thing that you should drink. One way to make water taste4 better is to put lemon or limes in your glass of water.

I hope this information has helped you and you will consider drinking more water.

Don't make me suddenly appear at your school and shove water down your throat.

Oh my this sounds scary.

See that's motivation.
Or..i'll give you a smile every time you drink water.
