ok im sorry if this isnt supposed to be in puberty but i didnt know were to put it umm during math the other day the teacher was out of the room and all of a sudden i got the worst pain in my right upper chest and arm i fell to the ground it hurt so bad and people told me it was growimg pains but there all 13 so anyone know what this is?

but to answer you question it could be just growing pains. you could ask you parents what they think it is. personally i dont think its serious at all, i've had similar experience, not as bad as yours but, if you are worried about it you could get a doctors opinion just to put your mind at ease.

I have had growing pains every now and then but only in my legs. . it is suppose to feel (literally) like your bones are being torn apart very slowly . . if it felt like that . .then thereyrego :)

I've had that before when i was sitting down on the sofa i felt a massive pain around my shoulder but it went i've never had it again i don't think its anything serious.
