Yeah, if you pull it back, you get a nice, straight stream, and there's no blow back into your foreskin, so it will stay cleaner. it will also keep your foreskin nice and loose, and it will desensitize *that* feeling in your glans.

pull the skin before you pee...then you dry it and then retract it back. Unless I have a boner..then there is no way to retract the skin back....it has to go soft first.
