spot on testicles

i have this brown spot on my left testicles it doesnt itch,its not dry and it feels the same as the rest of skin... what is this spot ??:confused:

A beauty mark? A freckle? A mole? You can have those anywhere on your skin (including your scrotum or penis). It's caused by pigmentation, and as long as it doesn't change size or color, it's fine.
