Well you could have two things here you are not mature enough or you are not masturbating long enough to have an orgasm.

At 15, you should be old enough to have an orgasm, unless you are a late bloomer.

How long have you been masturbating? You need to keep masturbating until you feel a sensation or something comes out of you penis.

Ya, what they said. For me, I used to mastrubate and nothing would happen. After awhilpe, I started feeling sensations (orgasms) after a few minutes of mastrubation. Soon after that I started to cum. No problem. You're just a late bloomer...or you might not be mastrubating long enough.

You aren't completely mature for sperm yet.

It just depends. You should always check with your doctor on this. By 15, 90% of boys probably can ejaculate. Sometimes, some are slower than others. Sometimes, the doctor needs to give you hormones to jump start full puberty...

I would not say anything is wrong with you, and you are just a late bloomer. There are guys as old as 16/17 who don't experience their first ejaculation, and I would not be worried for now. Give yourself until 16 1/2 to see what happens. If you don't ejaculate by that point, then definitely talk to a doctor about your development.

Do you have other signs of puberty, or are you still like a little kid? If you have had absolutely no signs of puberty by now (i.e. developing pubes, height, body mass, etc.), then you should talk to a doctor just to make sure you are all right. However, if you have at least one sign of puberty, then you are just a late bloomer and have no choice but to be patient.

You are not a freak for not ejaculating, and to be honest it is far better to start ejaculating at your age when you understand what is happening than at the age of 11/12 when a boy is still a kid and doesn't understand sexuality as well as someone your age.
