Ok well I was friends with this 10th grader when I moved up here and they I quit being his friend because he back stabed. Well this kid moved up here this year and I decided to be friends with him since he didnt have any friends and me and him created out gang and well today that kid I was friends with he asked me if I wanted to be his friend again and join his gang so I said ok. And this new kid GOT PISSED OFF when he found out so now he keeps sending me texts like FUCK YOU BITCH and YOU SUCK BLACK COCK and now I know that this kid will send me death threats and I am kinda scared and I dont know what to do know.:(

Oh, tell him that he needs to stop, and if he doesn't you'll tell his mother. Make sure you resend his last offensive txt so he realizes you still have it.

If he continues, absolutely call his mother, introduce yourself, and calmly tell her you need her help getting her son to not send menacing, threatening txts to you.
