Okay, when i tried to masturbate pain suddenly shot up my penis
i has a look and the is a piece of skin which is connected from the skin of my penis to my head of my penis on the underside
is this normal or what? :(

I also have a scar running up mu whole penis on the underside and that is were the skin is attached

hi i have a scar running on the underside of my penis two i think every one dose. and when you masturbate and you are going to come the pain is normal

That stuff is meant to be there, don't worry about it. The pain will probably stop as well.

Normal!
That piece of skin is called the frenulum, and attaches the tip of the foreskin to the underside of the penis, it's like the string on a window shade, and basically works the same way, too. If you're new to masturbation, it might not be used to that kind of vigorous back and forth activity, be gentle.
The line on the underside of your penis is called the raphe, and it's from the time your penis was formed before birth. The penis actually starts out as a flat piece of specialized skin, and with time, curls around, that line is the fusion where the 2 pieces of skin curled around and met!
