do you have anyone close that you could speak to about this? someone you can trust. maybe try distracting yourself e.g. listening to music or i find that keeping busy so cleaning helps me.

I'm really glad ur working on this. Dont worry the more time passes it will get hard and then it will get easy....really ez. You can get through it. Just remember that you are in control.
