This is a complicated story but basically, from what i picked up, i think this fellas a prick, he shouldnt be asking anyone out if he is already going out with some one! If you REALLY REALLY like him then you could wait until him and this other girl break up but whatever you do dont let him cheat on that girl with you as it just causes major fights and uncalled for hassle! (Sorry if i picked up the story wrong!)
