The title says it all. I don't smile that much anymore only at school to hide my depression. I'm starting to grow distant from my family, I started pulling hair from the scalp, I pulled some of the growing eyelashes (no surprise), I'm falling behind in school, the littlest things stress me out, I'm starting not to be able to sleep again. I just breakdown at random times, I'll fall to the floor and cry or just stare at shit. I'm not that cheerful happy person anymore. I don't know what the fuck happened. I was doing so good.

Well, it sounds like it's time to tell your folks (or someone who can help you tell them) about all this, and get to the bottom of it.

13, it's all just starting, this puberty stuff. If this is the way you feel now, it's a good idea to get to someone who can help you understand it and cope with it ASAP.

As Sam advised. It's best to find someone who can help you with this. If it get's too much for you just take a breather, step out of the world, and just go do something calming , a walk and stuff like that. Yes I know it may seem hard but just hang tough. If you need someone to talk to, there's always us too. But best to find someone who can help you there also.

Find something stress relieving. If you like it, tea is nice. It sounds weird, but it does help if you can just sit down and drink some tea. It's really relaxing.

Find something that you like. Keep yourself entertained, and don't give yourself the chance to sit and be sad. Try to build things. Learn to program computers. Make a web page! Do something to keep yourself busy. If you're doing something, you can't think as much and you'll be happier.

If you can't do it, really just talk to a parent. It's easier if you only talk to one. Usually the mother, as generally they are more understanding. But that's for you to judge.

Try the first and if it doesn't work, you really do need to tell someone. You can't live your life like that. You need to be happy.

Therapy isn't necessarily the worst idea in this situation. I mean, these people are so nice, and so thoughtful, and having somebody to help you cope is always a good idea. Also, why not find a good hobby. I don't necessarily mean stamp-collecting, but just something you can apply some stress free time to.

Hope that helps. And good luck.
