Girlfriend on period

So I'm pretty sure my girlfriend's on her period... So you know what that means. Anyone know any good tips on putting up with this?

All you can do is be patient let her deal with it don't give her a hard time, she doesn't deserve that. What you should do, is not be so ready to hop back into the sack or doing any thing related.

Be apologetic. It can get horrible. One of my friends recently had cramps so bad she wasn't walking one night. Don't piss her off, don't say ANYTHING is her fault. Even if it really is.

Say sorry for everything that you didn't do, or did. Be completely apologetic and give her what she wants. It's the only way she'll stay happy.

just take care of her, be there for her and look after her. its not a nice time for a girl and she will probably appreciate you being so nice to her during this time. if she snaps at you, don't take it personally. just be very sensitive to the situation. thats what i'm like with my gf and it works.

Well I haven't really "criticized" her about it or anything, and I haven't given her a hard time. Hell, I don't even know if she's on her period, but lately it just seems like she gets pissed off really easily and is always having mood swings, and there's nothing I can do to satisfy her or make her happy. I just wouldn't want to ask her if she is on her period or something, because I imagine that would be quite offending if she wasn't on her period.

This is kind of going off on a tangent, but oh well.
I really don't mean to offend anyone... and I really don't even know what I'm talking about, but from experiences with my mother (seeming like she is on her period 24/7) and my girlfriend, and several other girls I know, can periods really be an explanation behind sudden anger and a bad temper? Sometimes I feel like women just use their period as an excuse to go all out and stomp on anything and everything in their way. I know this probably sounds dumb and I'm sorry if this has offended anyone... But I am perfectly willing to be proved wrong... show me something that proves periods trigger something in the brain to make a woman angry or something...

Being on my period doesn't really affect me in any way....I don't get cramps, no back aches, no moodiness, absolutely nothing.

But doesn't your period affect your hormones? Is that what causes mood swings?

i always hate having fights during my period =\... i say mean shit, i'm a total bitch but i cant help myself, even though i realize its probably my period, i cant help it.

don't be TOOOOOO caring either. it can trigger "the because i have my period it doesnt mean i am stupid!!!" feelings.
